     We  Believe in the Bible

We believe the Bible is the very Word of God, verbally inspired in all parts and therefore wholly without error as originally given of God, altogether sufficient in themselves as our only infallible rule of faith and practice (Matthew 5:18; John 10:35, 16:13, 17:17, 2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:21).

We Believe In The Triune God

We believe that God eternally exists in three persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—and that these three are one God (Matthew 28:18–19; Mark 12:29; John 1:14; Acts 5:3–4; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Hebrews 1:1–3; Revelation 1:4–6).

We Believe In The Lord Jesus Christ

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Second Person of the Triune God, who being fully God became fully man through the miracle of the virgin birth, being conceived by the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:23; John 1:1; 1:14; Titus 2:13; Romans 9:5), and that He is the one mediator between God and humanity (1 Timothy 2:5).

We Believe in The Holy Spirirt

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the Third Person of the Triune God (Matthew 28:19; Acts 5:3–4); that He was the divine Agent in nature, revelation, and redemption (Genesis 1:2; Psalm 104:30; 1 Corinthians 2:10; 2 Corinthians 3:18); that He convicts the world of sin (John 16:8–11), regenerates those who believe (John 3:5), and indwells, baptizes, seals, empowers, guides, teaches, and sanctifies all who become children of God through Christ (1 Corinthians 6:19, 12:13; Ephesians 4:30, 3:16; Romans 8:14; John 14:26; 1 Corinthians 6:11); and that He bestows spiritual gifts upon each believer for the common good (1 Corinthians 12:7–11).

We Believe In The Existence Of Angels

We believe that angels are created beings (Hebrews 1:6) whom God uses as His ministering servants (Hebrews 1:14).

We Believe In The Existence Of Satan And Demons

We believe that Satan was created as a holy and perfect being, but through pride rebelled against God and thus became the originator of sin (Ezekiel 28:13–17; Isaiah 14:13–14; 1 Timothy 3:7) and that Satan opposes the work of God (Matthew 4:1–11). Demons are fallen angels who followed Satan in his rebellion against God (Matthew 25:41; 2 Peter 2:4; Jude 6).

We Believe In The Creation And The Fall O Man

We believe that mankind was created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26–29); that through Adam’s disobedience to the revealed will of God (Genesis 3:1–24) he became the progenitor (Genesis 5:3) of a sinful race and as a result all have sinned and are guilty before God (Romans 3:23; 5:12; Ephesians 2:3), and as a consequence are under the condemnation of God (Romans 1:18; 3:19).

We Believe In Salvation By Grace Through Faith

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for the sin of the world (Isaiah 53:5–6; Matthew 20:28; Galatians 3:13; John 1:29); that He rose from the dead (Luke 24:36–43; John 20:25–28); and that he ascended into heaven to appear before God the Father as our Advocate and Intercessor (Hebrews 4:14; 9:24; 1 John 2:1). We believe that salvation is the free gift of God (Romans 3:24; 6:23) that is received through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (John 3:16; 6:28–29; Acts 16:30–31; Ephesians 2:8–9).

We Believe In Righteous Living And Good Works

We believe in righteous living and good works as a way of life for a believer, not as a way of salvation (1 John 3:9–11, 4:19, 5:4; Ephesians 2:8–10; Titus 2:14; Matthew 7:16–18; 1 Corinthians 15:10; Romans 12:1–2). We believe that spiritual gifts are given to believers for the purpose of ministry (Romans 12:3–8; 1 Corinthians 12:1–11; 1 Peter 4:10–11; Ephesians 4:11–13).

We Believe In The One True Church

We believe that the one true church is the spiritual body and bride of Christ (Ephesians 4:4; 5:25–32) and is composed of all true believers (Matthew 16:16–18; Acts 2:42–47; Romans 12:5; 1 Corinthians 12:12–27; Galatians 3:26–29; Ephesians 1:20–24; 4:3–10; Colossians 3:14–15). The local church is an organization of believers who band together to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19–20) through worship, instruction in the Word of God, fellowship, and evangelism. We believe that as a local community of believers we share in the ordinances of baptism (Matthew 28:19) and communion (1 Corinthians 11:23–26).

We Believe In The Second Coming Of Christ

We believe that the return of Jesus Christ from heaven will be personal, visible, and glorious (Acts 1:11; Revelation 1:7; Mark 13:33–37; Titus 2:11–13; Revelation 22:20).

We Believe In Future Life, Bodily Resurrection and Future Judgement

We believe that the saved at death go immediately to be with Christ in heaven (Philippians 1:21–23; 2 Corinthians 5:8) until His second coming, when their bodies shall be raised from the grave and changed into the likeness of His own glorious body (Philippians 3:20–21; 1 Corinthians 15:35–58; 1 John 3:2). We believe that the spirits of the unsaved at death descend immediately into Hades where they are kept under punishment until the final day of judgment (Luke 16:19–31; 2 Peter 2:9), at which time their bodies shall be raised from the grave, they shall be judged according to their works, and cast into the place of final and everlasting punishment (Revelation 20:11–15, 21:8; Mark 9:43–48; Jude 13).
